The suicide of TCS employee Manav Sharma has taken the Internet by storm. The 30-year-old Agra resident was found hanging in his residence on February 24. Before taking this drastic step, Sharma recorded a nearly seven-minute-long emotional video, which his family later found on his phone. In the footage, he appears visibly distressed, shedding tears as he pleads for society to “think and talk about men,” while holding his wife responsible for his decision. He also expresses remorse, apologizing to his parents for the path he has chosen.
With a piece of cloth wrapped around his neck and another tied to the ceiling fan, Sharma captured his final moments on camera.
Addressing the authorities in his message, he stated, “This is for the authorities—police and law enforcement. The law needs to protect men, or else a time will come when there will be no men left. No man to take the blame anymore.
Manav Accuses Wife Of Infidelity
Before taking his life, Manav accused his wife of an extramarital affair. “Let me share my situation. It the same as many others... I found out that my wife was sleeping with someone else. But never mind, let it be,” he said.
