Opposition MPs interrupt Mr. Jaishankar asking, “Who called?”. Mr. Jaishankar replied, “The response which anyone who called us was that the Pakistani side has to make a request through the DGMO. There was no leader anyone in the world who told India to stop its Operation. There was no linkage of trade in any of these conversations. There were no calls between Prime Minister and President Trump from April 12 to June 12”.
He adds, “During this period, we did have conversations with US, EU, Saudi Arabia on May 10. To everyone, the answer was the same that Pakistan must request through DGMO”. Opposition MPs raise slogans claiming this was mediation.

We have got on record in UN that TRF is LeT’s proxy and was responsible for Pahalgam”.
He adds, “Even after 26/11, BRICS meeting did not mention these terror groups. The global perception has now changed and is recognising that India will not tolerate terrorism anymore”.
